Eligibility
Entry qualification
- Regardless of age, profession, place of residence and nationality, whoever is interested in craft design and porcelain design is welcome to enter the competition.
- Enter for the competition in your own name or in the name of a team; the number of team members shall not exceed two.
- Participants should not team up with Franz Collection Inc., employees responsible for Franz Award, judges of the 2012 competition and family members of people above.
Works Requirements
- Please design one piece or a series of creative porcelain product that fits the lifestyles of modern people with "Sense" as the theme, and which can be manufactured and sold in large quantities, as well as the relevant product packaging.
- The artwork should be made from "porcelain" and can be presented in the form of "mixed media"; the proportion of "porcelain" in the artwork is unlimited.
- The number of works that can be submitted by every team is unlimited, but a series of works with the same design concept shall be counted as one piece.
- All entries shall be original: created by the participants themselves, unpublished, and not sold or awarded prizes in public before.
